This is the first all new LCV from Nissan for some time. It is claimed the NV200 "offers big van capabilities within a compact van footprint". It has been designed to be both a commercial and passenger vehicle, offering panel van and combo van configurations, and fits neatly into the Nissan range below the larger Primastar.

The NV200 is very versatile offering superior load capacity for a compact van, flexible passenger configurations and is equipped with the low emission 1.5cCi K9K engine already available in several other Nissan vehicles. Clearly the Institute of Transport Management (ITM) were impressed as they have just awarded the NV200 their accolade of "Van of the Year 2010".
